Meeting Location and Hotel Information

Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk
600 E. Market Street
San Antonio, Texas 78205

We're going to San Antonio in September—home of the Alamo, River Walk and some of the best Tex-Mex food you'll find anywhere!

Nearby Attractions

The Grand Hyatt San Antonio sits in the heart of historic downtown, steps from the famous River Walk, a network of cypress-lined walkways, arched stone bridges, and lush landscapes along the banks of the San Antonio River, one story beneath the streets of San Antonio.  Flanked with restaurants, shops, bars, public artwork, and five historic missions, the River Walk is an important part of San Antonio’s urban fabric.  Go to the Visit San Antonio website to view and download a Planning Guide.

Getting There

The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is located 9 miles from the Grand Hyatt.  SuperShuttle shared rides non-stop are approximately $34.50 per person plus tip (pricing subject to change), or you may prefer another one of their transportation options.  Of course, there are also taxis, Uber and Lyft.

The Grand Hyatt offers self-parking at $43.00/day or hourly self-parking with rates based upon length of time.  Or, the Hotel offers valet parking at $55.00/overnight or hourly valet parking depending upon how long you will park.  Please visit the hotel website by clicking here for more information and directions.

Making Hotel Reservations

The Grand Hyatt is holding a limited number of king or double-bedded guest rooms for us at a special rate of $189.00 per night plus taxes from September 10-14.  There is no resort fee.  The room rate is being offered up to 3 days pre- and post, subject to room type availability, and is on a first come, first served basis.  Once our room block has been filled (or after our reservation cutoff date of August 21, 2023, whichever comes first) room reservations will be subject to availability.

You can make your room reservations online by clicking here.  Or, you may make reservations by telephone by calling (877) 803-7534.  Be sure to tell the reservations agent you are with the NorthLegal Consumer Collections Conference (Group Code G-CXPI).

Credit Card Authorization Form
If you need to make your hotel reservations using a credit card that does not have your personal name on it, you will need to complete a Card Authorization Form and fax it to (210) 271-8019 at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.  If you have problems, contact in-house reservations at (210) 451-6363 (M-F 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time).

Federal Credit Union Tax Exemption
If you are a federal credit union, you should be able to avoid paying hotel occupancy tax if (1) the room is paid for with a credit card or check issued in the credit union's name, and (2) you bring a completed Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption Certificate with you and give it to the front desk agent when checking in to the hotel. (If you are a Texas federal credit union, your name should be listed on the Texas Tax-Exempt Entity Search site.
